Winter tune-up: $99
The same complete tune-up as always, at a lower price during the cooler months. About 45 to 60 minutes per system.

What it includes (1 system)
- Drain line: cleared and treated with tablets so it does not clog, and the safety float switch tested
- Outdoor unit: condenser coil rinsed and the space around the unit cleared
- Indoor unit: coil, drain pan and blower inspected
- Capacitor measured and contactor checked, the parts that fail most often
- Electrical: connections tightened and compressor and fan motor amperage measured
- Refrigerant: pressures, superheat or subcooling, and the temperature split between return and supply air
- Thermostat: operation and temperature reading checked
- Filter checked and replaced if you have one; if not, we supply one at cost
- General check for signs of leaks, line insulation, noise and vibration
- A written report with the readings and photos: what is fine and what deserves attention
What it does not include
- Deep chemical cleaning of the indoor coil
- Clearing a drain line that is completely blocked
- Refrigerant, parts or repairs
- Duct cleaning
Anything we find is shown to you with a written price, and nothing is done without your approval. If you approve a repair, the visit and diagnostic are not charged.
Conditions
- $99 for 1 residential system: a central system (air handler and condenser) or a single-zone mini-split.
- Valid for visits done from November 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.
- Each additional system on the same visit: $79.
- Multi-zone mini-split: the $99 covers the outdoor unit and 1 indoor unit; each additional indoor unit is $39.
- Mention the winter tune-up when you book online or call (786) 494-6533.
- It does not combine with other offers or discounts.
- If you join AirWise Care within 30 days, the $99 is credited toward the plan.
What AirWise Care includes

AirWise Care terms
- The plan lasts 12 months from the day you pay, and it is paid in full when you join.
- The 2 tune-ups are used within those 12 months. A visit that is not used does not carry over to the next year.
- We schedule the first tune-up when you join and remind you when the second one is due, about 6 months later.
- It does not renew automatically: we contact you before it ends and you decide whether to continue.
- If you cancel before the first tune-up, we refund the full amount. After the first tune-up, the plan is not refundable.
- The 10% discount applies to repairs, not to new equipment or installations, and it does not combine with other offers.
- If a repair is needed before the system can be serviced, we quote it first with the member discount, and nothing is done without your approval.
- If you join within 30 days of a $99 winter tune-up, those $99 are credited toward the plan.
- For homes in the areas we serve in Miami-Dade.
What the plan does not include
- Repairs, parts and refrigerant (quoted separately, with the 10% member discount)
- Deep chemical cleaning of the indoor coil, quoted separately if it is needed
- Duct cleaning
- Filters, which we supply at cost if you need one

How much does AirWise Care cost?
$199 a year for one system, and $99 a year for each additional system in the same home. It is paid once, when you join.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We contact you before the 12 months end and you decide whether to renew.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel before the first tune-up, we refund the full amount. After the first tune-up, the plan is not refundable.
What if you find a problem during a tune-up?
We show you the reading or the part and give you a written price with your 10% discount. You decide whether to repair it.
